Higher Realms Digital ("we," "us," or "our") is a technology services company based in Jeffersonville, Indiana. We provide software systems, HighLevel platform services, and technical support for women in business. We are committed to protecting the privacy of anyone who visits our website or uses our services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information Collected By The Aligned Morning Briefing
When you become a subscriber to The Aligned Morning Briefing, we collect additional information needed to personalize and deliver your daily briefing:
From your Voice DNA intake form: your business name, ideal client, offers, tone preferences, signature phrases, words to avoid, brand voice samples, top business priorities, daily anchor practices, sacred days/boundaries, things you never want suggested, preferred briefing time and timezone, home location for weather, temperature unit preference, and (optionally) people whose emails you want surfaced as VIPs.
If you opt in to cycle tracking: the start date of your most recent menstrual period, your typical cycle length, and/or whether you'd like moon phase information included in your briefing. You may update or reset these values at any time via the "Reset Day 1" link in your daily briefing footer. This information is used solely to gently adjust the energetic tone of your briefing and is never shared with third parties beyond the AI processor (Anthropic) that generates your briefing content. You may delete this information at any time by contacting us.
From your connected Google account (with your explicit consent): read-only access to your Google Calendar event titles and times for the current day, and read-only access to your Gmail message senders and subject lines in your Primary inbox. We do not read message bodies. We do not access sent mail, drafts, archives, or any other Gmail folder. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings, and we honor revocation immediately.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Deliver the services you've purchased or requested
Process payments and send transaction confirmations
Send you emails you've opted into, including newsletters, guides, and service updates
Respond to inquiries and provide client support
Improve our website and services
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We use third-party platforms to operate our business. These providers may process your data on our behalf, subject to their own privacy policies:
HighLevel — CRM, email marketing, booking, and client communication platform (gohighlevel.com)
Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com)
Anthropic — AI processor that generates your daily briefing content using the Claude API. Voice DNA preferences, calendar event titles for the current day, and Gmail sender/subject metadata are sent to Anthropic for briefing generation. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent via the API. (anthropic.com/legal/privacy)
WeatherAPI.com — weather forecast data based on your home location (weatherapi.com)
Google LLC — Gmail and Calendar read-only API access (with your explicit consent via OAuth). Subject to Google's API Services User Data Policy (google.com/privacy)
Cloudflare — hosting and infrastructure for The Aligned Morning Briefing service (cloudflare.com)
Meta Pixel — advertising and website analytics (Meta Platforms, Inc.) (meta.com)
Google Analytics — website traffic and behavior analytics (Google LLC) (google.com/analytics)
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website of any such change.
5. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Higher Realms Digital's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
We only request the minimum scopes needed. The Aligned Morning Briefing requests read-only access to Google Calendar and read-only access to Gmail. We do not request write, send, modify, or delete permissions for any Google service.
We use your Google data only to provide the service you signed up for. Calendar event titles for the current day are read to compose your daily rhythm; Gmail sender names and subject lines in your Primary inbox are read to identify potential gentle reminders. We do not read message bodies, attachments, drafts, sent mail, or archived mail.
We do not transfer your Google user data to others except as needed to deliver the service (e.g., to Anthropic for briefing generation, as described in Section 4), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
We do not use your Google user data for advertising.
We do not allow humans to read your Google user data except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) to comply with applicable law, (c) for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or (d) to perform internal operations where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
Your Google refresh token is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. The encryption key is held separately from the encrypted tokens. Only the production briefing-generation Worker has access to decrypt tokens, and decryption only happens at the moment a briefing is being generated.
You can revoke access at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing The Aligned Morning Briefing. Revocation takes effect immediately, and we delete the associated encrypted token within 7 days.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to improve your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and support our marketing efforts.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain functionality of our website. By continuing to use our site, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy.
7. Email Marketing
If you opt in to receive emails from us — whether by downloading a resource, booking a call, or subscribing to our list — we may send you newsletters, promotional content, and service updates.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us directly at [email protected]. We will process your request promptly.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
For The Aligned Morning Briefing subscribers specifically:
Voice DNA preferences are retained for as long as you are an active subscriber. They are deleted (or anonymized for our records) within 30 days of cancellation.
Google OAuth refresh tokens are retained for as long as you are an active subscriber AND have not revoked Google access. Tokens are deleted within 7 days of either cancellation or revocation.
Briefing content is not retained beyond delivery. Each briefing is generated fresh and sent to your inbox; we do not keep copies of past briefings on our servers.
Cycle tracking data (last period start date and cycle length) is retained for as long as you are an active subscriber AND have it enabled. You may clear this data at any time by emailing us. It is deleted on cancellation.
When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
The Aligned Morning Briefing subscription service is only available to individuals aged 18 or older.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your personal data
Opt out of marketing communications at any time
Request a copy of your data in a portable format

11. Changes to This Policy
